Terms of service, shipping, cancellations and live arrival guarantee.
SHIPPING
Please be patient. I ship only when I see ideal conditions. This could mean waiting 1 Week to a Month before I ship your little ones out. you will receive a message from me within a week after your purchase, regarding when I will ship. If for some reason I have not reached out to you in a weeks time please feel free to reach out.
At anytime you choose for me to ship when I believe conditions are not ideal I have the right to void my live arrival guarantee.
SHIPPING IS non refundable .
Please understand once handed over to the shipping company the timing of delivery is out of my hands.
If your package gets delayed I will do what I can to find out whats going on and get it moving.
I do not offer credit or refunds on shipping delays. You may contact the shipping company and inquire about getting a refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Once you make a purchase you have 48 Hours to cancel. After this time I will not accept cancellations for orders. I need time to prepare your critter for it's journey to you.
During times that conditions are not ideal and I can't ship your order out right away I will give you the option to cancel but I will charge a $10.00 fee to do so.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Temperatures must be between 50-85 degrees in your area for me to ship and guarantee your critters.
I will not guarantee your package if temps are below 50 degrees or above 85.
You must be home to receive your package. You will have 1 hour after your package is delivered to notify me of any DOA. I require a picture with a pin through the abdomen as proof.
You will only have one attempt To accept your package. If you're not home to receive your package my live arrival guarantee is then void.
If for some reason you will not be home I can ship your package to a FedEx location in your area. you will have 6 hours to pick up your package from the FedEx Facility. After that time my DOA guarantee is void.
With my DOA guarantee you will receive a credit towards anything on my website. I DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS. This is a small buisness. I can give a replacement If available, you will be responsible for paying the shipping charge.
Shipping is not refundable.
If given a Freebie and it arrives DOA I do not give replacement's.
I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages as well as the wrong address given.
Please make sure the address you put for shipping is 100% correct. This mistake can be fatal for your critter.
